Going Deeper in Meditation - January's free monthly event in Slough

Posted on behalf of Free Meditation & Yoga Slough

The monthly 'Going Deeper into Meditation' events are for those of you who have already attended a Sahaja Yoga Meditation introductory public programme (in Slough, or anywhere else).

These meetings are designed to skip the introductory content, and give you:

* A chance to meditate deeply, for longer. At select meetings, we will have guided meditations in which we focus on specific chakras

* Different methods to balance our inner being, and meditate

* Simple, natural techniques to clear our energy centres – with practical demonstrations, wherever possible

* More information about Sahaja Yoga meditation, and fascinating insights about various aspects of our world and the times we live in, through talks of Shri Mataji Nirmala Devi that would not be played at a regular public programme

* More focused one-to-one interaction with experienced practitioners – a chance to discuss the best approach to meditation that would personally suit you, and address any challenges you may be facing with meditative practices.

The Going Deeper meetings shall take place at the same venue – the Quaker Meeting Hall in Slough – at the same time, and on the same day as a regular public programme; but in a larger hall. These are the upcoming dates:

Tuesday, 22-January-2019

Tuesday, 19-February-2019

We’ll look forward to seeing you at one (or all !) of the sessions. As usual, attendance is free of charge.

ProArgi-9+ - Advantages of Nitric Oxide:
Nitric oxide keeps arteries wide,so that oxygen can be easily delivered to all the organs where it is needed. The conversion of L-arginine to Nitric oxide makes it a very unique amino acid that is of essential nutritional importance. Even though Nitric oxide (NO) is one of the smallest molecules in the human body, but like oxygen (O2), it plays an extraordinarily important role for maintaining a healthy life.

Nitric oxide is produced from L-arginine in many different cell types throughout the body, and the site of Nitric oxide production determines its biological effects:
1. In the arteries, Nitric oxide keeps blood flow high and keeps arteries smooth and flexible.
2. In the gut, Nitric oxide enhances intestinal function and prevents constipation.
3. In the airway system, Nitric oxide helps keep air flowing freely to the lungs.
4. In the brain and nervous system, Nitric oxide decreases pain sensation and contributes to better memory formation.
